A safe space to explore your problems, your blocks, your dreams, and your hopes. I gently guide you to your heart, your inner wisdom and the felt sensations of your body. Together we find ways to bring spaciousness, clarity & a greater sense of peace and purpose into your life. This is all done with the assistance of a loving spiritual energy. I utilize a combination of techniques from Compassionate Inquiry, Shamanism, Buddhism and other spiritual traditions.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, I require 48 hours notice. If canceling prior to 48 hours, no payment will be due. If canceling within 48 hours, no refund will be offered.
